I am currently pursuing a Colored Stone Certification course at the Gemological Institute of America, which has deepened my understanding of gemstones and their qualities. My experience spans various roles in the jewelry industry, where I have honed my skills in quality control, inventory management, and customer service.

At Quality Color, I was responsible for restocking and managing inventory while assisting customers with online orders and returns. My role at AJM Jewelry involved working closely with customers on custom orders and ensuring that all pieces met our high-quality standards before shipment. Currently, at Shah Diamonds, I sort gemstones and diamonds, providing precise measurements to the CAD team and ensuring quality checks for customer orders.
