I’m looking for a platform-reliability role where I can own incident response and API/SaaS production troubleshooting, collaborate across Engineering and Infrastructure, and turn RCA into lasting fixes with clear runbooks and observability.

I’m a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 10+ years leading complex SaaS escalations, production incident response, and API troubleshooting across global enterprise environments. I’m known for turning noisy symptoms into precise fixes through strong operational diagnostics and deep technical ownership.

My core strength is root cause analysis supported by SQL validation, log analysis, and telemetry review—especially when systems span APIs, databases, integrations, authentication, and reporting pipelines. I debug REST APIs and webhooks with tools like Postman/curl/Charles Proxy, and I validate environment and service behavior across cloud-connected, containerized, and on-prem setups.

I operate as the technical bridge between Support, Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure—driving permanent fixes, improving operational workflows, and reducing recurring incident patterns.
