What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a talent acquisition role where I can manage end-to-end hiring, use recruitment technology and AI-enabled sourcing, partner with hiring managers, and improve candidate experience, reporting and recruitment processes.

I've supported end-to-end recruitment at upGrad's Study Abroad Vertical, hiring for Sales and non-Sales roles from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer rollout.

I partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, priorities and timelines. Using LinkedIn, Naukri and proactive sourcing, I build pipelines of active and passive talent while managing multiple requisitions with structured tracking and follow-ups.

I use Greenhouse ATS to maintain candidate records, workflows, interview coordination and hiring visibility. I've also used ChatGPT and AI-enabled techniques to improve sourcing, screening, job-description optimization and workflow efficiency.

Earlier, at Tripomonk Solutions, I supported full-cycle recruitment, candidate follow-ups, onboarding and employee documentation. I'm interested in technology-enabled talent acquisition, accurate reporting and continuous process improvement.
