I’m a Results-driven Senior QA Engineer with 4.8+ years of experience in manual, automation, and AI/ML testing across SaaS, Insurance, Accounting, Education, B2B marketing automation, and CRM integration.

I lead QA teams and consistently raise quality outcomes—improving regression cycles by 30% and achieving 100% test coverage in Agile environments. I’ve executed 5,000+ functional/API/GUI/integration test cases, authored 1,500+ manual test cases, and contributed to 500+ defect resolutions.
