I've worked at Veltris since 2021, testing web, desktop, and mobile products across healthcare, finance, deathcare, and e-commerce domains. I help teams deliver reliable releases through requirement analysis, detailed test cases, defect reporting, and hands-on validation.

I've tested AI chatbot responses and voice-call conversations for accuracy and smooth interaction flow, identifying incorrect responses and conversation failures. I also perform API testing with Postman, database validation, data migration testing, and financial-data checks across Profit & Loss, General Ledger, and Balance Sheet modules.

Across projects including PLM Healthcare, Sales App, CLAS, One Portal, and AFP Horizon, I've validated UI behavior, cross-browser compatibility, Android devices, and iOS simulators. I work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, clients, and US Scrum teams using Jira, TestRail, Confluence, SQL, and BrowserStack.
