I’m available for remote, US-facing RCM, customer experience, and operations leadership roles where I can build scalable teams, improve KPI performance, and implement automation across billing and support workflows.

I founded and operate Med Bills LLC, Chat Support Service, and TalkAgent, leading distributed US-facing revenue cycle management, customer support, scheduling, and BPO operations.

At Med Bills LLC, I manage full-cycle RCM for independent healthcare practices across eight specialties, reducing denial rates from 14% to 6.8%, improving clean claim rates to 97%+, and lowering average A/R days from 58 to 34. Through CSS, I’ve built fractional 24/7 support and front-desk teams for 30+ US clients, maintaining 98% client retention and an 87% live call answer rate.

I lead from the front, having worked frontline call-center roles before scaling teams of 75+ people. I build training, QA, compliance, reporting, AI, and automation systems that help remote healthcare and CX teams perform reliably.
