Led SpriteCloud’s internal on-prem AI platform end-to-end using NVIDIA DGX Blackwell Spark plus vLLM/Ollama with Qdrant and Argilla, delivering a Slack-integrated engineering RAG and other production workloads. Co-built a job-to-consultant matching workflow (3 placements/month) and open-sourced multiple AI engineering tools, supported by a solo-written €150K+ WBSO R&D grant.

Tech-led DevSecOps for Ahold’s Engineering Enablement Platform (~30k-repo estate) using an early-adopter cohort approach to scale secure practices without increasing CI runtime. Selected the enterprise SAST/DAST/SCA toolchain and implemented 5 security gates, moving the cohort average from DSMM L1 to L3 in 12 months.

Led the DevSecOps implementation and security platform development for Ahold Delhaize's Test Transformation project. Managed CI/CD pipelines and developed cross-platform automation solutions.
