At Yara International, I own global performance reporting and follow-up for a production network of 25+ plants, and lead a team of three managers. I consolidate, challenge, and present plant Business Plans to executive leadership.
I created and own a long-range financial model projecting cash flow for 20 plants through 2050. It supports plant prioritization, impairment testing, and strategic decisions, and is used by Strategy and Accounting.
I also founded BI rooms fed by Alteryx, automating analysis of monthly plant reports, and implemented Copilot agents for senior management. My work includes CAPEX/OPEX allocation and follow-up on production's share of Yara's EBITDA improvement target.
