I’m open to permanent, hybrid, remote, travel-intensive, and fly-in/fly-out opportunities in Brazil and internationally, where I can support finance and business performance objectives.

At Norsk Hydro, I introduced a structured FP&A culture in Brazil, establishing annual, quarterly, and monthly budget and forecast processes where none existed before.

I developed an Excel dashboard for variance analysis that reduced basic queries from HQ and Investor Relations, shifting discussions toward more strategic topics. I also designed Brazil’s corporate reporting presentation, later adopted by Hydro HQ as a global standardization benchmark.

As FP&A & Controlling Manager, I delivered reports to Corporate HQ in Norway and the local Board, partnered with operations and managed a team of three. I also led the impairment test process for Hydro Bauxite & Alumina, aligning with external auditors and supporting investment decisions.

Earlier, I worked in finance and planning roles at Anglo American and British American Tobacco – Brazil, and held planning and finance analyst roles at Video Clipping Produções and Amadeus.
