What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue as an SAP SD functional/production support consultant, owning SD order-to-cash issues end-to-end within SLA, collaborating with business and MM/FI teams, and growing through configuration, testing, and enhancements.

I’m an SAP SD functional consultant focused on production support across the order-to-cash cycle in the pharmaceutical industry. I provide L2/L3 support for Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Returns, handling incidents end-to-end through analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

I strengthen day-to-day operations by configuring and maintaining SAP SD master data—Customer Master, Material Master, and Condition Records—and by implementing pricing, shipping, delivery, and billing changes based on business requirements. I also prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with ABAP teams to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.

I work closely with cross-functional teams, especially MM and FI, to resolve integration-related issues and to keep resolutions within SLA. With a solid grasp of SAP SD implementation concepts and life-cycle activities, I’m committed to reliable issue resolution, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
