I am an SAP SD Functional Consultant with over 3 years of experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects, with deep expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. I translate business requirements into functional solutions while configuring Sales Order, pricing, delivery, PGI, and Billing end-to-end.
In my recent role, I led SAP SD configuration (sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy controls) and pricing setup (pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences). I manage ATP, shipping point determination, delivery scheduling, and output determination, and I support cross-module SD-FI and collaboration with MM teams, resolving production issues within SLA while supporting UAT and cutover/hypercare.
