I’m an SAP SD Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Sales and Distribution processes in SAP S/4HANA. I own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle—from inquiry and quotation to sales order, delivery, billing, returns, and credit/debit memo workflows—while ensuring smooth process flow and business alignment.

My core strength is building reliable SD solutions through detailed configuration, including pricing procedures, condition techniques, output determination, partner determination, copy controls, item and schedule line categories, and credit management. I frequently coordinate with technical teams for developments using RICEFW objects, prepare functional specifications and test scenarios, and support integration with FI (Billing to Accounting) and MM (Third-Party/STO), including GST/tax configuration and compliance with business regulations.

In projects across implementation and production support, I’ve handled UAT/SIT, incident management, ticket resolution within SLA in ITIL environments, and post go-live stabilization. I’m also comfortable with master data management (customer master, material master, condition records), legacy data transfer using LSMW and BDC, and integration support using IDOCs and interfaces, while training end users and preparing user manuals to drive adoption.
