I’m an SAP SD / S/4HANA OTC functional consultant with 5+ years of experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. My focus is end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC), covering sales order management, delivery, billing, pricing, and credit management. I configure SAP SD with hands-on depth in pricing procedures, output determination, revenue account determination, and enterprise structure setup.

I’ve delivered both implementation and production support outcomes aligned to business requirements. In S/4HANA implementation work, I gathered requirements, built AS-IS / TO-BE blueprints, and translated them into enterprise structure (sales organization, distribution channel, division) and sales document configuration (document types, item categories, schedule line categories). I also designed pricing procedures (condition tables, access sequences, condition types) and implemented OTC processes such as Third-Party Sales, STO, and credit/debit memo processing, supporting functional specifications, UAT, and end-user training.

In production support, I provide L2/L3 coverage for OTC processes and resolve complex incidents across sales order, delivery, billing, and pricing flows. I perform root cause analysis for pricing and output determination issues, collaborate with MM and FI teams for cross-module integration problems, and actively monitor IDoc errors to ensure successful data exchange. I also bring implementation momentum through structured work like data migration planning and validation, including mock migration cycles, UAT validation before go-live, and documentation for validation and technical fields.
