What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support, systems, network, or infrastructure role where I can resolve complex issues, work with documented processes and SLAs, and deepen my experience with domain-specific systems, including fintech and payments.

I've supported live clinical and corporate environments across the UAE and Libya, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account, and infrastructure issues for end users.

At Faras Company, I led technical support operations, managed WAN/LAN systems with Fortigate firewalls, and deployed Asterisk/PBX and Issabel VoIP servers while resolving non-standard connectivity issues. At Samaa Medical Center and Ibn Sina Hospital, I maintained infrastructure, backups, virtualization, system configurations, and technical documentation for healthcare teams.

I'm currently validating client data and documentation at Quadrabay Verification Services, building structured reports, assessing quality, and improving processes against KPIs.
