At Framegidi, I investigated and remediated a business email compromise incident using Exchange mail flow reports and message trace. I also confirmed session hijacking through sign-in log analysis and contained it by revoking active sessions and resetting the affected password.
I configure Microsoft Sentinel alert rules and implement DLP policies, and I conduct eDiscovery searches with audit log reviews to support security investigations. For a client, I designed and delivered a Microsoft Defender Attack Simulation campaign with targeted remediation training.
Previously, as a freelance Support Engineer – Microsoft 365, I administered customer tenants, configured MFA and Conditional Access, and led a client’s migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
