My journey began with a strong foundation in IT support, where I honed my skills in user management, troubleshooting, and system administration. I have successfully implemented and managed various IT solutions, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Currently, I work as a System Engineer at ACT Fiber Net, where I manage identity access management and resolve complex Azure AD issues. My role involves scripting with PowerShell, managing group policies, and ensuring the security of our network environment. I take pride in my ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
