At stc, I lead technology program, portfolio, and performance governance in the Technology Excellence & Control Sector. I oversee performance across strategic initiatives, projects, milestones, and KPIs, giving leadership consolidated visibility.

I developed the 2026 scorecard forecast for 36 General Managers and executive reporting to help identify performance gaps early. I also governed the TU Strategic Metrics Blueprint and managed cross-functional dependencies.

As a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at stc, I contributed to the DevOps Center of Excellence and led an organization-wide Agile Transformation. I introduced Scrum and Kanban practices and coached teams and stakeholders through changes to their workflows.

Earlier, I managed IT projects at INJAZ, NCGR: Ministry of Finance, PIF, and Hamat IT Company, and taught entrepreneurship at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University. I began my career developing web applications and APIs using PHP, Laravel, and Python.
