Beginning with a Master’s in Computer Science from Quaid-i-Azam University, I’ve grown through hands-on work across digital products, from developing point-of-sale systems to supporting complex telecommunications applications. At Jawwy—STC’s digital mobile brand—I act as the quality support linchpin between IT, product development, and a vendor ecosystem.
I manage IT application support for reliability and performance, and I coordinate delivery with UX, engineering, and operations teams. I also direct end-to-end project lifecycles—finalizing BRDs and solution designs, implementing project governance, and managing UAT, BAT, regression, and E2E testing cycles, including automation using Selenium and performance testing with JMeter.
I’ve led automation testing sub-projects, built dashboards for automation coverage and defect tracking, and supervised a team of 5 vendor testers to ensure complete test coverage. A standout achievement was planning and overseeing validation frameworks for a 1.6M-customer migration, and I’m energized by continuous improvement—refining support processes to streamline issue resolution and enhance overall product quality.
