At Hail Tourism Development Association, I established the governance system and helped raise the association’s evaluation score above 92%. I also worked on four government projects through the Etimad platform and, through leading development programs and initiatives, helped serve more than 2,500 beneficiaries in one year.

My work has moved across software engineering, networks, training, and project and governance management. I’ve managed project lifecycles, coordinated with IT teams to turn requirements into operational solutions, and trained teams on quality principles and technical systems. I’m looking to put that technical and administrative experience toward developing technology talent.
