I'm currently contributing to more than five giga projects at IDC alongside CST, SDAIA, and Salam, managing strategic initiatives from performance tracking through executive reporting.
I monitor KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality benchmarks, flag delayed or over-budget work, and provide recommendations that support data-driven decisions. I also oversee change order requests and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep delivery aligned with strategic priorities.
Previously, I led a five-person team at TCS e-Serve International Ltd with Saudi Aramco, managing performance reporting, appraisals, client relationships, and stakeholder delivery. I'm PMP-certified and bring experience across telecom, government, and healthcare environments.
