What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead US-facing operations, service delivery, quality, and transformation initiatives where I can improve performance through data, Lean Six Sigma, AI automation, and high-accountability teams.

At Foundever, I own end-to-end quality and delivery governance for global accounts including Verizon, Just Eat, and ComPsych. I serve as the Quality SPOC for Verizon global operations, coordinating distributed India and Makati production teams and building executive dashboards for quality, SLA, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.

I've led large-scale US-facing operations for Verizon, Amazon Pay, Google Maps, and United Health Care, managing teams ranging from 20 to 250+ people. My work spans transitions, business reviews, escalation management, budget planning, billing, invoicing, KPI governance, and cross-functional delivery across US and India stakeholders.

I use Lean Six Sigma, operational data, and AI-enabled automation to improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes. I build accountable teams through coaching, performance management, and clear delivery frameworks.
