At Hashlogics, I built WAIQ, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for SOPs, workflows, training, and compliance. I delivered features including role-based access, document version control, AI-powered RAG search, analytics, and Stripe billing.
I also contributed to ShiftLink, a workforce management platform, working on Excel-based data import and export, recruiter workflow automation, payroll improvements, and audit logging.
At StackUp Solutions, I designed and developed ChairBoss, an AI service-booking platform with chatbot and voice assistant features across web and mobile apps. I also built GlassDoctor, a RAG customer support bot that uses uploaded documents and vector search to provide policy-based answers.
As a freelancer, I’ve developed RAG chatbots and voice bots, a hotel and home booking platform, an online laundry service with real-time rider tracking, and other SaaS products. My work also includes VerifyScript, which uses OCR and LLMs for prescription analysis, and a Zoom bot for real-time meeting participation and automated summaries.
