What I'm looking for

I am seeking a hands-on IT/network role focused on infrastructure, servers, security and monitoring where I can lead improvements, work collaboratively, and grow technically.

I am an experienced network and IT support engineer with hands-on responsibility for hardware, applications, and infrastructure operations. In my current analyst role I support desktop and mobile users, manage servers, monitor networks with PRTG, and maintain VoIP and Fortinet firewall systems.

I have implemented and maintained Windows Server 2019 & 2021 environments, configured network devices (routers, switches), managed Active Directory, and supported LAN/WAN services including DNS, DHCP and VPN. I have planned and executed CCTV, TAS (biometric/attendance) systems, inspected new IT equipment and managed IT inventory and vendor relationships.

I have also taught IT topics and programming (PHP, Java, C++, VB), and I bring strong troubleshooting, communication and leadership skills. I seek roles where I can improve infrastructure reliability, strengthen security posture, and contribute to operational excellence.
