I’m a detail-oriented Project Management Officer focused on project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. I help teams stay aligned by tracking project progress, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple initiatives.

In my work, I maintain project plans and manage project data within SAP and internal systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with governance standards. I prepare project status reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries so leadership can make informed decisions and monitor portfolio performance.

I actively identify project risks, issues, and potential delays, then collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support timely resolutions. I also support change management and governance processes to ensure projects meet established project management frameworks and organizational requirements.

I bring an improvement mindset through operational excellence—supporting process optimization, continuous improvement, and maintaining project documentation for compliance and audit readiness. I’m especially skilled with data visualization and reporting using Microsoft Power Query, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel to turn complex information into clear insights.
