Previously, at National Park Construction Company, I resolved end-user hardware and software issues, managed user accounts, maintained network functionality, and delivered user training and technical documentation.

I'm a Computer Science graduate with four years of IT support experience and a strong interest in cybersecurity. I'm ready to contribute as a SOC Analyst by combining hands-on security operations, network knowledge, and collaborative communication.
