What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an IT Support, Help Desk, or Cybersecurity role where I can support users in a fast-paced IT environment.

At the NUST MCS Capture The Flag event, I designed and maintained a ticketing system for 50–100 concurrent participants. I resolved 95% of tickets on first contact, handling connectivity, DNS routing, and credential issues.

As a Cybersecurity & Network Intern at the Pakistan Aviation Authority (PAA), I analyzed enterprise network topologies and configured Cisco switches. I also used Nmap and Burp Suite for network discovery, vulnerability scanning, and web application security audits.

I built a custom Python network packet sniffer and ARP anomaly detector that inspects live traffic and alerts on unauthorized MAC address changes. I’m studying Electrical Engineering at NUST – Military College of Signals and hold the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate.
