I am a dynamic professional with a diverse skill set ranging from sales and customer service to remote dispatching for logistics companies and content writing for various employers.

Reading and writing had been a passion of mine since early teenage. Being an avid reader with active imagination, I started writing short stories ,encompassing romance, fashion, science fiction, military conflict and international politics, at the age of 16. At 18, I was appointed the editor of annual college magazine "Abdalian".

When I started my undergraduate studies at McMaster University in 2011, I was appointed the editor for SELECT leadership newsletter. It was during this time, I started working as a part-time student correspondent for Hamilton Spectator and Regina Leader Post.

Apart from the above mentioned writing related work, I was also working on a novel of my own which is still to see the light of the day amid my professional commitments. Surprisingly, despite my passion for writing, I never chose writing as my career.

Having started my career in sales and customer service with Bell Canada, I realized the value of communication skills in no time and mastered the art of communication to achieve sales targets. I was awarded Sales Consultant of the Year award for achieving 225% of the sales targets assigned to me.

As Covid broke out in 2020, I returned back to Pakistan from Canada and started working as a remote dispatcher for a delivery company based in Regina, SK. I still continue to work as apart-time remote dispatcher.

Recently in the summer of 2022, I delved back into writing when I joined YMT Immigration as a content writer. My main responsibility at YMT is to draft official letters pertinent to immigration and Visa issues of various YMT clients as I answer various concerns raised by Canadian Immigration authorities on clients' behalf.
