At True Reports, I built and deployed the company’s first RAG system end-to-end as the sole AI-stack engineer, using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Pydantic, telemetry, and fallback handling.
I design retrieval evaluation harnesses that measure answer quality, build stateful LangGraph workflows with structured validation, and ship event-driven pipelines that turn field and geospatial data into engineering reports. I iterate directly with domain experts to define and improve correct output.
My work spans iOS, web, backend, workflow automation, and high-security Navy training systems, from air-gapped regulated environments to modern LLM pipelines.
