At aiXplain, I own relationships for enterprise and government AI programs, translating client needs into product roadmaps and technical commitments. I formalized steering committees, escalation paths, and readiness gates to strengthen client trust and reduce delivery risk.
Before moving into product management, I built aiXplain's core search engine, improving precision by 10x, and led development of an Arabic Diacritization model that reached 96% word accuracy and was published at LREC. I also designed production Information Retrieval systems for aiXplain's Agentic OS.
I’ve worked across LLMs, RAG, NLP, and enterprise AI, including curating speech data for ASR training and building modular ML pipelines. I’m currently deepening my formal expertise in business development, deal structuring, and strategic partnerships.
