I've built AI and chatbot automation projects that connect conversational workflows with real user interactions. My work includes a FastAPI application using the Instagram Graph API for comment-to-DM automation and an R-based next-word prediction web application using tidytext and n-gram datasets.
As a native Egyptian Arabic speaker with C1 Advanced English proficiency, I bring dialectal and cultural knowledge to text- and voice-based AI evaluation. I test LLM behavior, chatbot logic, prompts, safety, and helpfulness with structured follow-up questioning.
At EIACS, I handled intensive outbound telesales conversations in Egyptian Arabic, documented daily call results, and worked against strict KPIs. I also coordinated community initiatives through the EYE Program at Egypt's Ministry of Youth and Sports.
I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and can support AI evaluation with Python, R, APIs, web-based tools, reliable connectivity, and dedicated mobile and workstation testing setups.
