At ADREE / Master Works, I own the full lifecycle of MASAR, an agentic SDLC B2B SaaS platform, from AI use-case discovery and feasibility through requirements, UX handoff, and go-live. I authored PRD v2.0, the product roadmap, and a continuously evolving backlog.

I ran discovery sessions with Saudi government and semi-government entities, including the Ministry of Interior, Saudia, the Ministry of Justice, and Tawakkalna. I define KPIs and feasibility for AI-driven features, including LLM-based chat inside the product.

At 700apps, I led analysis and product work across government transformation programs in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. This included modeling about 1,000 NHC processes in ARIS, taking 200 through improvement or re-engineering, and consolidating 45 overlapping processes into 15.
