At Huawei Technologies Pakistan, I managed preventive maintenance operations for 900+ telecom sites across Central 1, Central 2 and Central 3. I tracked completion and quality, prepared KPI reports, and helped clear one of the highest pending alarm volumes in the Central Region.
On the Saudi Zain 4G Modernization & 5G Upgradation Project, I delivered more than 1,000 technical site designs using Huawei design tools and AutoCAD. I was recognized as Best Employee of the Quarter for project delivery and design quality.
As a Data Analyst on the Nokia Project, I analyzed network performance, investigated recurring failures through root cause analysis, and maintained dashboards to track outages and network KPIs. I also coordinated with customer and engineering teams on degraded and long-pending network issues.
My experience includes PMO coordination for the Zong Network Project and operational coordination on Ufone Managed Services. I hold a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and a Master in Engineering Management.
