I’m looking for a GTM-focused B2B role where I can own outbound strategy, improve deliverability, and align sales/marketing to turn data into repeatable qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth.

I’m a results-driven GTM and Lead Generation Expert with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and CRM pipeline management. I focus on building scalable go-to-market strategies that translate data insights into revenue-generating actions across IT and recruitment.

In my current role, I designed and executed end-to-end GTM strategies for IT-sector clients, driving a consistent increase in qualified pipeline volume. I run cold email outreach campaigns with Instantly and SmartLead, using A/B testing and deliverability optimization to achieve above-industry-average open and reply rates.

I’m also strong in prospect data enrichment and targeting accuracy, extracting and enriching prospect data using Apollo.io and Clay to reduce lead disqualification. I build ICP frameworks, segment prospect lists by vertical, align messaging across sales and marketing, and improve pipeline predictability through unified campaign execution.

I track and report key campaign KPIs—open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings—to senior leadership on a bi-weekly basis. Previously, as a Business Development Associate, I generated and qualified B2B recruitment leads, managed HubSpot pipelines end-to-end, and strengthened retention by building relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
