At Lodges by Baron, I handled bakery production for breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts. I also supported Pakistani and continental hot-kitchen production, including curries, grilled items, and a la carte orders.
My culinary competition achievements include a PICC 2026 gold medal for Three Main Course Pakistani Cuisine, a silver medal for Student Chef of the Year, and a bronze medal for Dessert Innovation.
