What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level role in R&D or quality assurance within an FMCG or food company where I can apply food safety expertise, grow technically, and contribute to product innovation and compliance.

I am a motivated Food Technologist with hands-on experience in new product development, quality control testing, and food safety compliance gained through internships at Hilal Foods and PSQCA. I have a Bachelor in Food Science & Technology and a track record of research and innovation presented at national conferences.

My practical work includes recipe formulation, product trials, chemical and microbiological testing, and preparing audit reports under ISO and FSSC 22000 guidelines. I contributed to process and quality improvements on production lines and assisted with maintaining standards for water, honey, and tea samples.
