My background includes hands-on work in travel ticketing as well as service roles in restaurants, so I’m comfortable working with customers and following procedures closely.

At PROFICIENT TRAVEL (PVT) LTD (IATA), I worked in the capacity of counter assistant, dealing with all domestic ticketing. I also built practical capability with Galileo basic course, E-ticketing, and auto fare, supporting fast, accurate service at the counter.

Alongside travel work, I’ve supported kitchen operations as a kitchen helper and kitchen assistant, including kitchen inventory. I also worked as a cashier for 1.5 years, strengthening my reliability, attention to detail, and ability to handle daily service tasks under routine pressure.
