What I'm looking for
I am a Tourism and Hospitality Management student at COTHM with practical experience across administrative, customer-facing and HR roles. I combine operational knowledge from food service and retail supervision with administrative duties at an educational institute.
My background includes supervising at Häagen-Dazs and serving as an Admin Officer and Spokesperson at COTHM, where I developed leadership, organizational management and public-relations skills. I have also worked as a Guest Relations Officer, Trainer and Accounting Assistant at International House of Pancakes, gaining exposure to operations and finance.
