What I'm looking for

I am seeking hospitality or HR roles where I can apply supervision, guest relations, training and administrative skills while growing professionally in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

I am a Tourism and Hospitality Management student at COTHM with practical experience across administrative, customer-facing and HR roles. I combine operational knowledge from food service and retail supervision with administrative duties at an educational institute.

My background includes supervising at Häagen-Dazs and serving as an Admin Officer and Spokesperson at COTHM, where I developed leadership, organizational management and public-relations skills. I have also worked as a Guest Relations Officer, Trainer and Accounting Assistant at International House of Pancakes, gaining exposure to operations and finance.

I have experience in human resources with roles at Prime Solutions, Delta Apex Solutions and Billionaire Investment Group, and I have classroom experience as an English teacher at Pakistan Model School, which strengthened my communication and tutoring abilities.

I bring strengths in customer service, negotiation, critical thinking and teamwork, and I seek roles where I can apply hospitality operations, HR fundamentals and training skills to contribute reliably and grow professionally.
