What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a support-focused role where I can own customer outcomes, troubleshoot complex issues, and coach teams—while continuously improving processes and maintaining high service and compliance standards.

I’m an experienced support specialist focused on shipping coordination, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication. I act as a trusted point of contact for shipment, delivery, and tracking inquiries, ensuring customers and internal teams have timely, clear updates.

In technical support roles, I help customers with website building, domain registration, renewal, and subscription management. I also configure and troubleshoot DNS settings and diagnose website connectivity and domain pointing issues to restore service reliably.

I bring strong leadership and coaching to the floor. As Acting Team Manager, I led 20+ associates, managed daily operations during peak seasons, and drove team performance, while also serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to accelerate ramp-up through onboarding support (nesting) and knowledge transfer.

I’ve analyzed performance trends as a Repeat Rate (RR) Coach, delivered one-on-one action plans, supported agents out of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and provided real-time floor support and quality feedback aligned with service and compliance standards.
