I also built an automated ATM monitoring workflow covering ATMs across the Kurdistan Region. It identifies faulty ATMs and generates a structured table for operational follow-up.
At High Performance (Talabat Iraq Contractor), I supported content and QA operations and built a reporting system that turned 198+ evaluations across four teams into detailed PDF reports and executive PowerPoint presentations. I also analyzed quality gaps, including Hold/Silence protocol adherence and Courtesy/Slang usage.
