At Earthlink Telecom, I designed and deployed two internal web applications used by network operations for monitoring, reporting, and ticket lifecycle tracking. I also migrated operational data from flat files to normalized PostgreSQL tables, adding checks that removed recurring reporting discrepancies.
I built and maintained scheduled automations that bring data from vendor APIs, SNMP equipment, SharePoint, Excel, and Google Sheets into a relational store. I delivered dashboards in Power BI and Grafana, and automated recurring Excel calculations with VBA, cutting processing time by roughly 60%.
I also led the VIAVI ONMSi fiber-monitoring rollout for the backbone network and trained the operations team on the platform. At Al-Nahrain University, I taught programming and telecommunications-related laboratories and supervised student projects.
