I compare monthly Microsoft NCE and Software price lists in Excel, checking for new, discontinued, and modified SKUs. I use SAP and internal enterprise systems for SKU mapping and material validation, and run existing scripts and Excel tools for operational checks.

I processed purchase orders and sales orders, checked billing documents, and coordinated on order discrepancies and fulfilment; earlier, as an IT Intern at Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA), I supported troubleshooting and assisted with front-end development of an internal mobile application.
