I am seeking an entry-level role in software development or IT support where I can apply and expand practical skills, work collaboratively, and grow professionally.

I am a motivated and disciplined junior software developer and IT support technician with practical internship experience at NOVA SERVICE LTD and a T.S.S school certificate in Software Development. I bring hands-on experience in software testing, documentation, data entry, and basic system maintenance.

I have supported end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, managing user accounts, and assisting with backups and security basics. I am proficient with HTML, CSS, basic Java, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and comfortable using helpdesk ticketing and remote support tools.

I am reliable, a fast learner, and work well in teams; I prioritize tasks, adapt quickly to new environments, and welcome responsibilities that allow me to grow my technical skills and contribute positively to an organization.
