At SimplyVAT, I assist with registering clients with tax authorities in different countries. I help collect and process the information and documentation needed for registration and update client records in Salesforce.
Previously, as a German-Speaking Client Services Administrator at SimplyVAT, I prepared and submitted VAT returns and managed my own German tax query queue. I also supported Client Management Specialists with German tax-related queries.
I contacted German tax offices and tax authorities in the UK, the Netherlands, France and Austria about client cases and outstanding queries. I translated correspondence from German into English and handled client offboarding administration.
At Menzies Aviation, I handled customer enquiries, complaints and claims in German and English. I also completed training as a Certified Foreign Language Secretary, focused on office administration and foreign languages.
