I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of the Witwatersrand, where I also worked as an academic tutor for the Introduction to Financial Accounting module, teaching students theoretical and practical applications of accounting principles. I have also completed multiple certifications in data analysis using Python and Power BI, demonstrating my proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation. I have previously worked as a Talent Management Intern at Bossy, where I held full responsibility for operational functioning, staff hiring and coaching, quality management, and team motivation. I have also worked as a Financial Advisor at Matla Life Investment, where I provided financial planning and advice to clients, increasing their satisfaction and retention rates.
