I’m looking for a role where I can own operational workflows end-to-end, build repeatable SOPs and audit-ready dashboards, and use structured analytics/SQL to improve data quality—especially in AI initiatives with tight human feedback loops.

I’m an operations and process improvement professional with 10+ years analyzing, documenting, and optimizing workflows across distributed teams. I’m detail-oriented and naturally structured—known for clear written communication, repeatable SOPs, and quality assurance that holds up under audit. I use Google Workspace, advanced Excel, and hands-on SQL and analytics to surface data quality issues early.

In my current role as Business Operations Manager (Remote, US-facing) at Al source, I analyze end-to-end operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process changes that achieved 48-hour resolution on 95% of tickets.
