I’m an entry-level HR professional with hands-on experience through an HR Internship and HR Trainee role at Kri8ive Edtech Solutions LLP. I’ve supported core HR operations while building practical skills in recruitment, coordination, and employee documentation.

During my HR internship, I assisted in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. I also maintained employee records and supported documentation tasks to keep day-to-day operations organized and reliable.

I coordinated onboarding activities and induction programs for new employees, and gained practical exposure in payroll support and attendance management. This helped me understand how HR activities connect to employee lifecycle and workforce tracking.

As an HR Trainee, I supported the HR team in day-to-day operations, helped draft HR policies, and handled employee queries. I’m eager to bring my flexibility, teamwork, and willingness to learn to a challenging organization.
