I’m looking for a role where I can apply my HR and recruitment skills, strengthen training and payroll support, and use Excel-based analytics to improve hiring efficiency in a creative, competitive team.

I’m an HR Intern who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused hiring work. I’ve managed end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, resume screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates—using platforms like LinkedIn Jobs and Naukri to improve sourcing efficiency.

I also support core HR operations, including employee leave requests, attendance tracking, training program coordination, and payroll management. Alongside my HR experience, I build data-driven insights through my MBA project on studying recruitment employee efficiency using Microsoft Excel for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
