At Tata Consultancy Services, I lead a 10-member cross-regional team on the BT / Openreach (UK) account, clearing 150+ blocked, aged and overdue FTTP jobs each week. I prioritise work by age, customer impact and deadline, remove blockers with regional teams and client contacts, and balance capacity across three regions.
I built an Excel ECD macro that gives a job’s estimated completion date instantly, saving about five minutes per customer enquiry. I also built and maintain a consolidated tracker that gives one view of open jobs through to closure.
Earlier at Tata Consultancy Services, I planned workload for the Northern Ireland network planning and fibre design team, represented the team in client meetings, and handled escalations and progress reporting. I’m looking to bring this hands-on delivery leadership to a Scrum Master, PMO or Agile delivery role.
