What I'm looking for
I’m a Workday HCM & HR Tech solutions professional with a strong project management foundation, supporting Workday enhancement delivery, Agile coordination, and cross-functional implementation activities. I help teams turn business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that improve Workday processes and the worker experience.
In my Senior GL Expert role, I validate and maintain worker data across lifecycle events using Workday Core HCM, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business rules. I coordinate HR, Payroll, and technical partners to prioritize requests, stabilize processes, and resolve workflow breakdowns such as routing errors, approval gaps, and access issues.
I’m known for analytical rigor in reporting and troubleshooting. I develop and maintain Workday reports (advanced, matrix) and use Excel and Power BI to support KPI dashboards, data validation, and operational decision-making—helping surface gaps and drive measurable improvements.
Across my experience, I support UAT planning and execution, release readiness, and post-implementation stabilization, while also strengthening adoption through SOPs, workflow documentation, and knowledge articles. I focus on continuous improvement by redesigning onboarding and lifecycle workflows, reducing onboarding cycle time by 20%, and strengthening HRIS user consistency.
