At Redpath Mining, I supported global HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. I supported Workday configuration and testing, developed reports and data validation dashboards, and helped troubleshoot production issues.
I also supported the Workday time and absence implementation, assisted with the Oracle HCM rollout in Canada, and contributed to ServiceNow workflow enhancements. Across my HRIS and shared services roles, I’ve worked with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM to support HR operations, employee data, and service requests.
